There's little limit to where the table can be installed, ground floor or upper floors as long as there's access for delivery. Aeronaut's cutting tables are stable because they're made from materials which are compatible with the cutter. It's important, especially with larger cutting tables, that the whole cutting system behaves the same way across changes in temperature and humidity. If your cutter gantry is made of aluminium, then so should the cutting table. Steel frames and timber decking are not the best approach if you want a stable, accurate cutter.
